Pre-registering adds you to our founding members list. We're not charging anything yet — we're simply gauging demand and building our waitlist before launch. When Reputabot goes live, pre-registered members get first access to the product.

We're heads-down building and plan to open access to founding members in the coming months. Everyone on the pre-registration list will receive an email the moment their access is ready — no need to check back.

During onboarding, we'll ask a few questions about your business personality — casual vs. formal, how you handle complaints, phrases you'd never use. The AI uses this context to match your tone. Over time it also learns from any edits you make.

You always approve before anything goes live. Reputabot drafts the reply and puts it in your inbox — you review it, edit if you like, then hit publish. Optionally, you'll be able to enable auto-publish for 5-star reviews while keeping manual approval for anything lower.

Google Business Profile at launch. Additional platforms — including Facebook Reviews and TripAdvisor — are on the roadmap and will be included in your existing plan when they arrive.

You will be charged per location basis, so you can add as many clients as you'd like under one account. During pre-registration, just enter the total number of locations you manage across all clients to get an accurate founding member price quote.
